During April Tesco Bank is pleased to launch our campaign to support National Pet Month, which aims to showcase and celebrate the love our customers have for their pets. The campaign encourages pet owners to share their own stories using the hashtag #PetFriendsForever and is part of our sponsorship of National Pet Month, a nationwide celebration to encourage and promote responsible pet ownership.

The campaign will introduce stories from real Tesco customers about their pets, sharing how they keep their pets healthy and happy.

As part of our commitment to National Pet Month, we are also holding a series of Pet Roadshows at Tesco stores across the country.  These roadshows will provide practical demonstrations led by vets on topics such as cleaning your pet’s teeth, grooming your pet and treating your pet for fleas. They will also offer a valuable opportunity to ask questions on all things pet related.

We will be at the following Tesco stores between 10am and 2pm and would encourage all customers and their four legged friends to come along.

Friday 7th April 2017 – Cardiff Extra, Excelsior Road, Cardiff, C14 3AT– Customers will have the chance to meet the dogs from Greyhound Rescue Wales

Friday 14th April 2017 – Belfast Knocknagoney Extra, Knocknagoney Road, Belfast, BT4 2PW  - Customers will have the chance to meet the dogs from the Assisi Animal Sanctuary

Friday 21st April 2017 – Newcastle Upon Tyne Extra, Brunton Lane, Kingston Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 2PW – Customers will have the chance to meet the dogs from Newcastle Dog and Cat Home as well as Wag N Wheel Newfoundlands

Friday 28th April 2017 – Edinburgh Corstorphine Extra, Meadow Place Road, Edinburgh, EH12 7UQ – Celebrity vet Marc Abraham will be in attendance to answer customer questions and share his top tips for responsible pet ownership and customers will have the chance to meet the dogs from the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home

12:30 – 13:00 – Demonstration - Doggy Dental Care

13:00 – 13:30 – Grooming Demonstration – Checking for Fleas

13:30 - 14:00 – Advice Talk – Microchipping
